• 1、How do you charge for your 3D video production?

  The price depends on the technology, animation style, video length, plot complexity, script and deadline. On average:

  • ≤ 30s: $7,000 (excl. VAT)

  • 30s - 60s: $13,000 (excl. VAT)

  • 60s - 120s: $24,000 (excl. VAT)

  • ≥ 120s: $25,000+ (excl. VAT)

  The basic fee does not include dubbing, music, sound effects, transcription, etc., but we will get your consent before purchase.

  All the quotations we provide are fixed prices and come with a detailed delivery list - so you don't have to worry about any hidden fees or traps!

• 2、What's your production cycle?

  Generally, it takes about 1 to 3 weeks from the start of a project to the delivery of the final version. 

  The production cycle depends on many factors, such as the length of the video, the number of characters, the overall style, the selected technology, and the timeliness of your feedback. 

  If the project is urgent, we can flexibly adjust the schedule to speed up the delivery. 

  You can always count on the Chinese speed.

• 3、What is the process of 3D Video Production?

  ① Sign Contract: Sign the contract, Client pays 50% deposit.

  ② Script Discussion: Client provides script, discusses production requirements with Project Manager.

  ③ Model Organization: Client provides product models; 3D animators review and confirm the models.

  ④ Animation Production: Create rough white model animation for client confirmation of presentation style, technical details, etc.

  ⑤ Still Frame Confirmation: Render several static 3D effect images to confirm   rendering style and materials.

  ⑥ Material Production: Apply materials, lighting, etc., to the entire white model animation.

  ⑦ Sequence Rendering: Perform 3D rendering of the entire animation.

  ⑧ Post-Production: Add video effects, subtitles, etc., to specific scenes.

  ⑨ Full Delivery: Deliver the complete video version.

  ⑩ Revisions & Acceptance: Revise details, client confirms acceptance and pays the balance.

• 10、How long should 3D product animations be?

  The duration of the video completely depends on its intended use.

  For explanatory videos, we recommend 60 to 90 seconds of visual content, as research shows that this is the optimal duration to capture the audience's attention while conveying the necessary information.

  Short-form videos or approximately 10-second animated product renderings are perfect for social media platforms.

  If you want to create educational content for your website, we recommend creating 20 to 30-second product videos to convey all the key information while maintaining the maximum user attention.

  
  

• 11、Can you help me to write the script?

  If you already have a basic script, we can polish the dialogue based on the basic script. 

  Currently, we do not offer script planning and writing services from scratch.

• 12、Can you provide English dubbing?

  Yes! We have a large pool of professional staff, and we can find the most suitable dubbing based on your requirements. 

  Usually, we offer 4-5 options. If you are not satisfied, we will keep searching until we find the perfect match.

• 13、What materials do you need to start the cooperation?

  You need to provide clear briefings, brand guidelines, animation style preferences, as well as the information or story you want to convey. 

  Having a script or voiceover would be helpful. 

  It would be even better if you can provide the 3D model of the product.

• 14、Can 3D animations be customized according to my brand?

  Every animation can be fully customized based on your brand logo, color scheme and tone, ensuring that the video remains consistent with other marketing materials. 

  For clients who have ongoing cooperation, we retain all the detailed records of the projects to maintain a consistent video style.

• 15、How many times can I modify it?

  It can be modified many times as needed. 

  Unlike many animation production companies that set a modification ceiling, we make sure that you are satisfied at every stage of production. 

  The only thing to note is that once the email reply is confirmed at a certain stage, there may be an additional cost to re-modify it later.

• 16、Can you combine animation with live shooting?

  Yes - we are happy to do so. 

  Whether it is superimposing animation on the shooting material or integrating animation into documentary-style films, we can help achieve the combination of the two.

• 17、What file formats can you output?

  Our animated videos are usually exported as ultra-high-definition uncompressed AVI or high-quality compression MP4, but if necessary, we can also export other file types and compressed encoding formats.

• 18、Do we own the copyright of the video?

  The intellectual property rights of the final video belong to you. 

  But the work documents belong to us and are generally not provided to customers.

• 19、How do I sign a contract and make payment?

  We'll send the contract electronically via corporate email for both parties to sign. 

  We are happy to use your company's contract template; if you do not have one, you may use ours. 

  We accept payments in £, €, $, and other major international currencies, and can provide a invoice.

• 20、Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

  Absolutely. Our clients'confidentiality is extremely important to us, and we have very strict measures in place.
