• 1、How do you charge for your design services?

  Our pricing depends on the number of slides, design level, screen ratio, and delivery timeline. On average:

  • Simple presentation: $2,000 - $4,000 (excl. VAT)

  • Complete presentation: $4,000 - $6,700 (excl. VAT)

  • Premium presentation: $6700 - $13,500 (excl. VAT)

  • Supreme Presentation: over €13,500 (excl. VAT)

• 2、How long does the presentation design take?

  Typically, it takes around 1–2 weeks from project kick-off to final delivery. 

  If your timeline is tight, we can adjust our schedule to accelerate the process — you can always count on Chinese speed.

• 3、What is the process of Presentation design?

  ①Business process: sign a contract and pay advance payment;

  ②Content communication: The design director is responsible for communicating content logic, page focus, style requirements, usage occasions, etc.;

  ③Style reference: We provide reference vision in multiple directions based on experience and aesthetics for customers to choose from;

  ④Style draft: According to the direction the customer likes, make the style draft first on 3 pages of Slide for further confirmation;

  ⑤Complete draft: After the style draft is confirmed and accepted by the customer, the complete Presentation first draft will be further designed;

  ⑥Final acceptance: repeatedly optimize and adjust the design details, and submit the source documents after the customer confirms the acceptance form;

  ⑦Pay the final payment: After the customer pays the final payment, we will further provide after-sales service.

• 8、Which software do you use to design presentations?

  Our primary tool is PowerPoint, and we can also work with Keynote and Google Slides. 

  The choice of software depends on your project objectives and requirements — everything is centred around what best serves your needs. 

  Please note that due to platform limitations, some advanced effects may not be fully achievable outside of PowerPoint.

  Absolutely. Our custom templates are designed to enhance your organisation's overall presentation quality while reducing the time your team spends creating slides. 

  We provide everything you need, including layouts, graphic assets, colours, and fonts, giving you a complete toolkit to produce professional slides.

• 11、Can you help me write a presentation script?

  If you already have established content, we can help organise the key points and structure for each slide, transforming them into visually appealing and easy-to-read presentations. 

  Please note that we currently do not offer full content creation services from scratch.

• 12、What materials do you need to start working on a project?

  We require your draft presentation content. In addition, if available, please provide any of the following:

  • Brand guidelines

  • Logo

  • Colour references

  • Fonts

  • Graphic elements used (shapes, icons, etc.)

  • Speech Draft (if available)

  • Photography (if you have specific library images you want use to use)

  • Examples of presentations you’ve seen and loved

  • Examples of any other materials you might have that represent a style you want us to create

• 13、How do you know what design style I prefer?

  We can start by working from your brand guidelines, colours, and fonts. 

  If you do not have brand guidelines, that's not a problem. 

  We are skilled at matching the style of your existing materials (such as your website or marketing collateral), and we can also create a style from scratch. 

  You can also describe your preferences, and we will provide visual references and work closely with you to ensure every deliverable meets your expectations.

• 14、Can you add animations to my presentation?

  We value the energy that animations bring to a presentation. 

  Beyond the built-in animations available in presentation software, we can even use film-grade visual effects tools to add further effects, creating a more striking visual impact for your slides.

• 15、Do you offer multilingual translation or adaptation services?

  We do not provide translation services. 

  However, we can adapt and optimise the visual layout of presentations based on the multilingual content you provide, ensuring that your slides remain visually appealing and easy to read in any language.

• 16、Will I have 100% ownership of the slides after delivery?

  Absolutely. You will receive the following files:

  • Editable presentation source files (.pptx)

  • PDF versions

  • Font files

  • Licensed visual assets

  You will have full rights to edit, export, and duplicate the slides at any time, with no time restrictions.

• 17、How do I sign a contract and make payment?

  We'll send the contract electronically via corporate email for both parties to sign. 

  We are happy to use your company's contract template; if you do not have one, you may use ours. 

  We accept payments in £, €, $, and other major international currencies, and can provide a invoice.

• 18、Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

  Absolutely. Our clients'confidentiality is extremely important to us, and we have very strict measures in place. 

  We'll happily sign your NDA before we even have a consultation and, if you don't have one to hand, you can use ours.
