YesMaster X BRICS 4A Program

BIFNC is an international organization established in September 2018 with the approval of the 4th BRICS Communications Ministers Conference in order to further promote cooperation in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). In August 2019, its China Branch was established in Shenzhen. Its main responsibilities include promoting joint research by BRICS countries, formulating future network roadmaps, carrying out standardized collaboration and new network experiments. As of 2024, the institute has released a number of research results, hosted international forums, and carried out cooperation and exchanges with Shenzhen’s foreign affairs department.
